My name is Erin and I love sweets. I decided to start a blog to share
my passion for all things sweet. My love of baking and desserts comes
from my grandma. Some of my favorite childhood memories are spending
the summer with her flipping through glossy pictures of desserts in huge
cookbooks, while trying to decide what recipe I wanted to try next.
Luckily, my grandma seemed to know how to make everything so I would
always get to try something new, ranging anywhere from breads, cakes,
pies & tarts all the way to cookies and candy.
As I've gotten older, I have had the opportunity to take baking and
cooking classes from amazing chefs who have trained all over. My goal
for this blog is to cover everything from where to get special or
seasonal ingredients, how to make spectacular desserts, and my favorite
dessert places.
